1.1 Process Features

DMF recovery system uses thermal oil as the heating medium, waste liquid after preheat, level two negative pressure concentration, negative pressure distillation, negative pressure refining deacidification, forced circulation evaporation of five towers, three-way DMF distillation recovery process. At the same time, system is supplemented by overhead water removal system dimethylamine, solid parts of the processing system so that a full recovery of long-term continuous and stable operation of the device. Test method: Determination of water use “- Karl Fischer test method” with trace moisture analyzer measured; measured using acid or base “acid-base titration method” assay in which the indicator neutral red + bromothymol blue mixed solution, titration using 0.01mol / lHCl or NaOH standard solution.

• Overhead water indicators: Includes DMF≤300ppm
